MIDAS Logo

An 8 week Residential/Day programme with half-way house accommodation with a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based treatment programme for subtance abusers.

Other treatment modules include relapse prevention, social skills, self-identity, health education and self-help groups.

Kedesh House is primarily an alcohol and other drug treatment facility which has staff with Dual Diagnosis training and accepts dual diagnosis clients.

Kedesh House is a charitable organisation located near Wollongong on the New South Wales South Coast. It is funded under a government grant: residential treatment costs $160 per week and the day programme is $60 per week (prices subject to change). Part payment is required in advance.

Potential residents may be interviewed and admission arranged by phone. Staff will keep in touch with people to help them maintain motivation while they are waiting for a vacancy.

Detoxification should be arranged prior to referral as Kedesh does not have detox facilities.
