Community Services
Community Nursing
Primary Health Care Nurses for the Macarthur District are
based at the Rosemeadow Community Health Care Centre. They
take referrals from doctors, nurses and the general public.
They are involved in all aspects of home nursing including
wound care, palliative care and the care of catheters and
PIC lines. They can be contacted on 02 4633 4177

Community Counselling
Counselling, including sexual assault counselling, is available
via the Campbelltown Community Health service, bookings
02 4629 2111 business hours.
MACS
The Macarthur Ambulatory Care Service provides 'hospital
in the home' support for patients requiring treatment but
not necessarily requiring being in the hospital. To access
the service you need a doctor's referral. Emergency patients
are frequently referred to MACS, who also take referrals
from General Practitioners.
PACS
The Paediatric Ambulatory Care Service provides ongoing
support and treatment to the paediatric population with
the aim of avoiding hospital admission if possible. They
also only take patients with a doctor's referral
D&A
Drug and Alcohol counselling is available at Coopers Cottage.

They take referrals from patients, carers and medical professionals.
