Community Participation

Members of the community can become involved in a range of Health Service decision-making processes and activities such as committees, consultations, policy reviews, project working groups.  Community participation in health is about people having a say about their own health and the provision of Health Services.  Bankstown Health Service has a community representatives network who meet regularly to give feedback to the Health Service and receive updates on what is happening locally and at a broader level.  For more information please contact the Community Participation Coordinator on 9722-8262 or 9722-8225.
