drug or alcohol related problems including assessment, inpatient
and outpatient detoxification, and counselling services.

- Residents of South Western Sydney (for detoxification
services).
- Residents of Fairfield LGA for general drug assessment
and treatment services.
- Residents of the Cabramatta Local Area Command who are
referred by Cabramatta Police under the Police Drug Bail
Joint Protocol.
- Residents of the Cabramatta Local Area Command who are
referred under the Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment
(MERIT) program.
- Residents of the Cabramatta Local Area Command who are
referred by Cabramatta Police or the Cabramatta Street Team
(subject to review) under the intoxicated Persons Joint
Protocol.
- Clients referred for assessment and treatment under the
Drug Courts Program.
