Corella Drug Treatment Services

This service is on the grounds of Fairfield Hospital and provides a comprehensive treatment service for people with drug or alcohol related problems including assessment, inpatient and outpatient detoxification, and counselling services.

  • Pharmacotherapies

  • Consultation and liaison services at Fairfield Hospital
  • Liaison with Cabramatta Police
  • Case Management
  • Family support
  • Specialised treatment for clients with coexisting psychiatric disorders.

Client Group

  • Residents of South Western Sydney (for detoxification services).
  • Residents of Fairfield LGA for general drug assessment and treatment services.
  • Residents of the Cabramatta Local Area Command who are referred by Cabramatta Police under the Police Drug Bail Joint Protocol.
  • Residents of the Cabramatta Local Area Command who are referred under the Magistrates Early Referral into Treatment (MERIT) program.
  • Residents of the Cabramatta Local Area Command who are referred by Cabramatta Police or the Cabramatta Street Team (subject to review) under the intoxicated Persons Joint Protocol.
  • Clients referred for assessment and treatment under the Drug Courts Program.
