The Division of Women's & Child Health has a strong commitment to innovative clinical practice and service development, education and research. This commitment to practice the research underpins and supports our primary goal, which is to improve and sustain the health and well being of women and children in south western Sydney, to a level comparable to world standards. The Division is aligned to the Health Service goals, objectives and strategies which are prioritised to provide quality care and services for the promotion, protection and maintenance of public health.

Purpose

The purpose of the Division of Women's and Child Health is to excel in the provision of appropriate and realistic services to optimise the health of the women and children of South Western Sydney.
