  1. Analgesia
  2. Check Tet Tox Status
  3. Remove Dart
  4. Discharge Patient
10 year old Penetrating Leg Injury

Correct
   Not every trauma case involves critically injured patients. What this case highlights is a need for common sense. The dart is in a superficial part of the leg, inferior and medial to the knee. There are no major neurovascular structures there. The angle of entry assures you that the knee joint is not invloved.
