Area Service DirectoryInformation has been collated to include, General Practitioners, VMO's, Nursing Homes and other services and providers. The main purpose is to decrease the number of referrals to each of the hospitals and to identify alternatives to hospital admission for some patients.
The Service Directory can offer information on all Health Service Providers in the South Western Sydney Area Health Service, both public and private. This service is provided so that General Practitioners and other Medical Officers can be informed of Health Care Services external to the hospital that could be used to provide a service.
To begin, simply use the search form below.
Search the Service Directory
Searching the Service Directory is easy. Simply fill in the fields you wish to search in and hit the Search button. If a field is left blank then all records for that field are returned.
You can also complete a search if you don't remember the name. So for instance, if you want to search for a last name like "Schoening", but don't quite know how to spell it, then you can simply type "Sch" and let the Search Engine do the rest.
