  • School and other government department employees who are working with women.

HOW TO BORROW?

  • Each library operates a little differently.

  • Check with contact person / or receptionist or in the loans book to see if resource is available. If it is, make a booking for when you will need it, the date you intend returning it, and a contact number or address where you can be reached.

  • It is important to leave your name and phone number so other’s can contact you if they need the resources you have borrowed.

  • If there are any problems talk to the contact person or health promotion staff at your centre.

PICKING UP AND RETURNING RESOURCES

  • The system relies on self help.

  • It is your responsibility to pick up and return resources you borrow to the library. The Internal Mail System can be used to deliver or return resources.

  • Make sure resources are returned to the library and checked off and not left on someone’s desk or misplaced.

DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING RESOURCES

  • Please tell contact person/health promotion staff if there is any damaged or missing resources from the library.

TRANSFERRING RESOURCES

Resources are not to be transferred from one borrower to another without checking with the contact person and recording transfer. Someone else may be waiting for you to return the resource on the date you said you would so that they can borrow it.

In order for the Resources Libraries to work, everyone who uses them must cooperate with each other
